Does anyone know what size chain was used on SPD Wedge? Also, the drive chain looks to be an assembly of 3 chains...does anyone know where I may find a drive chain? Thanks! |

Do you still have the chain? If so you can measure it then compare it to a chain size chart to get the ansi number. There are people on here with wedges, they may not be monitoring and may take a while to respond. I like Drives brand of chain. Mcmaster.com or Shoupparts.com Richard the owner of this site may even know what chain you need and have it in stock. I know nothing about a Wedge I just wanted to give you a reply to let you know someone is paying attention and give you some leads. |

Thanks, Jerry The interested Wedge owners are certainly few and far between! Yes, I still have some chain that I cut off but I'm not sure where i can find a chain size chart. Thanks for the links to the suppliers, i will definitely look them up. |

Terrence if you go to mcmaster.com and do a search for roller chain then when the page titled about roller chain comes up you will get a diagram on how to measure it. I'm sure you have one of two sizes #40 or #50. The distance between the pins is the pitch. If you measure center of pin to center of pin then compare it to what they have. I think off the top of my head #40 is 1/2 inch and #50 is 3/4 inch. |

Thanks for the info, Jerry. I measured the pitch on my old chain and you're exactly right, 1/2 inch. I also confirmed that the chain size I need is #40. thanks again. |
