I just purchased a pair of Playcats along with a small pile of spare parts, including a spare set of tracks, I want to get these things up and running better than they are now and was wondering if anyone had ideas whee I could find a manual or copy of one. Both my machines are great runners but could use some work on the steering clutches.

Have you searched using "Raidtrac" as a keyword ? If I remember correctly the name was changed somewere during it's history. I think there is a guy in Calgary selling parts. He has a website, I don't recall the address.
