will an attex chief fit into the back of a 1-1/2 ton chevrolet van thru the back doors? it would be better than hauling it in a trailer, if it will fit. |

I once hauled an Attex 208TT in the back of a Chevy G30 van thru the back doors. The biggest problem that I had was the Attex had 4 flat tires and was half full of ice so none of the chains or tires would move. Good luck. |

No it is 7 inches too wide, unless you remove wheels/axles and put it in tilted. |

As a follow up to my original post of attex fitting into the van--------- Yes, it fit!! With the help of a come a long and atv ramps, it easily fit thru the rear doors. Had about 2 inches to spare. Had balloon tires that were mostly aired up. Believe me, this was much better than pulling a trailer for 1,500 miles. (Or am I the only one crazy enough to drive 2 days for a 6 wheel) |
