hi im curently an argo owner, because i frequently talk about my machine i was invited on a tire kicking expedition. the machine turned out to be an older "big max" with a 440 ccw in it. from the initial inspection it needs one bearing replaced and one of the shafts that comes off the t-20 needs to be welded or replaced. other than that its the usual bumps and bruises that a machine gets after they get off the showroom floor. my eyes gleamed with the prospect of a machine to joyride in while protecting the argo for the real task of hunting. the person i was escorting seems interested but has yet to close the sale i put out 4500 for the argo $600. should be easy to come by, and im geting impatient. |
