Any ideas what is the correct number for the carburetor, or what alternate carburetor could be used on the Kohler K341 16hp engine. Would anyone know where to get one? The local Kohler dealer is useless. Also, what engine would fit easily to replace the Kohler in a 1980 Hustler? |

I'm surprised that your Kohler dealer is letting you down on this. I would try a different dealer if possible. Make sure you supply the "Spec no." and "Model no." of your motor. Parts lookup sure as heck isn't rocket science. |

I had gone armed with the model no, spec no and serial no. Got a "dont got it, can't find it" reply, with a dumb look thrown in for free. I just called another dealer in a nearby town, and they found it and ordered it. |

I stumbled across this site and I think it's great !! I own a 6x6 bigfoot with a briggs 18hp engine. I recently cleaned out my carb and wanted to verify the float adjustment. The carb is a nikki 9.5 with a model number 6100 27-291. There is also another number on it 808314 8Z. Anyone out there have the right float spec for this?? Thanks |
