I am working on a Pug W570, vintage appx. 2004. The drive grabs and can only be shifted to neutral by turning off the engine. I have looked at the drive. It is made by EZ-GO. This machine was owned by an older gentleman and has not seen much use. There was significant mouse debris in the belt drive area. I cleaned that all up including that impacted on the belt. The clutches appear to function properly but it won't idle w/o grabbing and driving (if in gear). I can't find any reference to the current belt (HILLIARD 0655-01-006-T DF 46-3288). I don't know if it is original .... or maybe if it is too short. Does anyone have a service manual for this machine or know what belt works? Any other info is welcome. Anyone else own a machine like this? http://www.myfishingpictures.com/data/500/medium/IMG_64781.JPG http://www.myfishingpictures.com/data/500/medium/IMG_65231.JPG |
