The muffler on my Argo is restricting exhaust flow and causing a serious loss of power. Are there any tricks to fixing it or does anyone know of a good replacement that would be cheaper than the true replacements? Thanks, Robin

I am not sure. It's probably from the 70's. I called the company with the 4 digit number on the tag. They asked for the 2 letter that precede the numbers and mine doesn't have any (or any that are detectable.) It has the front mounted kohler 399 and was originally orangish color.
