I have an old Argo with a serial number that doesn't have any letters in front of the numbers. It has a 399 Kohler with a Walbro carb. It is missing the fuel filler neck. I have tried a 2 inch pvc but am having trouble getting it to fit on the gas cap end? Am I going about it the wrong way or do I need a different part? If it's a part where can I find one or what can I use instead? Thanks |

Robin. The right size radiator hose works good. Ken. |

Thanks for the reply. I bought one, but am thinking again. Doesn't it break down pretty quickly? There was one on it before and it filled the tank with crud and clogged the filter. |

How about checking at your local auto wrecker, maybe some old filler hose available, maybe something off a truck tank. I wouldn't try PVC, don't think it's intended to stand up to petrolium products. |
