Sometimes a hard thing to find the cross ref, I took mine, a '99B/F to the local bearing shop, they just measured them. |

Yeah that might be what i have to do once i get the idler shaft out. these bearings have never been changed out as far as in know.I bought the argo new back in 94 and sold it to my sister in birmingham alabama in 98 and just recently bought it back from her after it sat in her basement garage for 5 years. |

Hey kenneth on my axles the #UC206-06 fits both outer and inner on mine. I wonder if this bearing will work on the idler shaft to.i'll have to do checking on the SBX0648-K4 and see. |

Hi Robert. The splined axle is a argo-101-35 sbx06A41-K4-NTN.outer. The inside is a 1 inch and so is the idler shaft if it has a 4 bolt bearing flange with a grease fitting. The number is argo-101-41--sbx06a48-k4-ntn.USA. may have different crosover numbers. ken. |

Hi Robert. I guess they used the same idler shaft as in the 70 and 80: s argo. Iam notsure when they changed; the 98 has a splined idler shaft. ken. |

Is this at idle speed rpms or higher? Mine(2001BF) will only put out barely 12V at idle, above that it goes to about 13.5V I found the biggest power hog is the brake blower motor, I added a switch to turn it off when not moving, then the alternator puts out just over 14V. |

My ARGO with its engine seems to charge starting at about 200 rpms above idle. Better check the voltage regulator Jeff Bar |
