Hey there, I'm new to the forum. I picked up a Chaparral and need a little advice. When I bought it it had a Kohler 4cycle engine that worked great, but I thought it needed a little more. I'm working on a 440 Kawasaki install. The original belt is now to short, how critical are the belt dementions and what do I need to pay close attn to? The belt that came off is 1 3/16 wide at the top. The replacement needs to be longer and I cant find anything in the needed length in 1 3/16, only 1 3/8. Is the pulley on the T20 adjustable.....Has anyone removed a cast iron 16hp Kohler for a 2cyl 2 stroke install?? Any tips or words of wisedom would be greatly apreciated. Thanks! Jason |
