i have a old scrambler 6x6. i use it for paintball as a tank. the brake pad material was pretty worn so i had it relined. now that its together again it has almost ZERO turning. From what i remember the hydraulic cilinder pushes into the tube with the big spring in it. somehow i think its supposed to push the rotor into the brake pad to stop it. thing is it doesnt move the rotor at all now. Beffore i took it apart it seemed like the rotor slpit in half and pushed into the pad. To brake not steer the pad pushes into the rotor. Why is the rotor not pushing into the pad? I do not have a manual on this thing
