I was taking on water and decided to fill my max 4 up with a hose to find the leak. all 6 of my axels sterted peeing. is this normal? does the grease seal them or is there an axel seal that needs replaced? Thanks for all the help

You have four potential areas for leaks:
1. The axle through the bearing
2. Through the bearing seals
3. Between the bearing and the flange
4. Between the flange and the body
The grease really doesn't seal anything.
You need to determine where you have the leak and fix that area, it could also be a combination of all the above.
