Hello all New to this forum I need help I have just purchased what i believe to be a Super cheif it has the 484 cc G50B motor and the tranny tag says Skid Steer model A-4418 is this the T-20 i have heard about or is it something different? The motor does not have a carb on it . What type of carb does it require and where might a guy buy one or can he? There are no identification tags on the body itself but from the pictures on this sight i have figured out what it is what year i have no idea. Any help with any of these questions would be greatly appreciated. And I appologize if this is posted in the wrong topic section. |

It sounds like you have a Superchief all right. That is the T20 transmission also. The stock carburetor would be a Mikuni- I think a 28mm round-slide. Richard has manuals for sale for the Superchief and the transmission on Richard's Relics link from this site. Most of the parts are still available. Hope this helped. |
