SOLD BETWEEN MAY, 2001 AND SEPTEMBER 1, 2005

Warn Industries is voluntarily recalling 8 post contactors that were part of winch kits for All Terrain Vehicles and Utility Vehicles (ATV's).

RECALL INVOLVES 2500 - 3500 LB. WINCH KITS

POTENTIAL FIRE HAZARD

This recall has been out for two months. I have three quads and were told to call the dealers and tell them to order the replacement part. I am using mine so I don't want them down.I was told just to disconnect the winch harness from the battery until you have time to fix it yourself or have the dealer do it.
