Hey my cousin and i have been working on his Vangaurd for quite some time now trying to change the sprocket attached to the break disk ... about half way through removal we encountered a problem the drive sprocket/break disk would not surpass the bottem axle sprocket lacking 3 mm ... after some time and effort we got it off any idea why it is so hard?

Also his tires have a slow leak does any one know why?

yes but after all the lifting and chain removal it lacked a tiny bit
