1999 Argo Response. Does a 99 Response come stock w/ a skid plate? What size and type of tires does it come w/ stock? Thanks in advance. Fuzzy |

I don't believe the 1999 comes stock with the skidplate. The tires are Goodyear runamuck.
Fred Sain has one listed in the classifieds on Route6x6. You could check it out and lok the photos over. |

That is the one I was looking at. And from what other sources are telling me, no it doesn't have a skid plate. |

None of the Response vehicles came with a skid plate. Many dealers/distributors did order them from the factory with a plate at the extra cost. That's a lot of weight to plow into a rock.
It has the 22" Runamuks. |

I guess I'll have to hold out and wait for a good used Conquest to come available. I know they come stock w/ a skid plate. |
