Does anyone have a tech manual for the chaparral g50b 484 cc engine, listing the piston/cylinder clearance and ring end gap? Thanks,David

Thanks Don. Those specs seem correct for that engine's use in an atv. The only manual I could find was a rare vintage snowmobile(on yahoo notes I found , the g50b was originally made for the 1978 chaparral rally 500 snowbobile), but my engine machinest says snowmobile clearance is different because they run in only cold. We were going to use ultra light specs but those are large because(.007 to .008 and a ring end gap of .018 to .026) of the constant high rpm ~7000. Its safe, but the engine may rattle more than it should when cold. Thanks again Don. David
