How many feet of # 50 chain does it take to relace all of the chains on a 1995 mnaxII? |

You will need four chains with 102 links of # 50 for the four lower (long) chains. You will need two chains with 46 links of # 50 for the trans to the jackshaft. Check your vehicle's chain size from the jackshaft to the middle axle. It is probably # 60. You will need two chains each with 34 links of # 60. I buy chain from John Deere, they cut it for you and the chain is very good quality. Just remember the master links to go with it. Don't cheap out on buying chain. Saving a few dollars on buying cheap junk will leave you walking home. John Deere chain costs about $120 for all chains. If you buy it by the foot somewhere else, I think you can figure about 19 links per foot of # 50. |

I've heard people say US Tsubaki is decent chain. I bought Japanese Tsubaki chain and wasn't impressed. |

Jason- US Tsubaki is a very good quality chain. I use either it or Diamond and find little difference in performance or durability. |
