I need some help please. I recently bought a 1997 Conquest 8x8 with the 20 hp liq cooled Kawasaki motor. It starts on a dime and gives you nine cents change, runs like a champ up to 50% throttle and then dies like it is starving for fuel. I have checked the fuel pump, filter & checked for water contamination. I am at a loss to figure this problem out. I am in Alaska, temps are 18-22 F and one other thing I noticed is the temp gague never seems to get over 100-110F. Is there a thermostate on these motors? This rig has 388 hours on it. Thanks in advance for any help you may offer. |
