Hi,
I have a 2002 Max IV that uses a different roll bar than the older ones, is this correct?
I would like to get general measurements of the roll bar and windshield and maybe some pics of the windshield? Does anyone have a Mav IV and a digital camera? Thanks, David in St. Paul,MN

Hey David,

I own a 2003/2004 Max IV and I have both the factoy roll cage and also a custom roll cage that I designed and built. For the time being I have removed the custom roll cage and re-installed the factory roll cage. I had a roll over accident a while back and had to remove and make some minor repairs to the custom cage, so I put the factory cage back on. I am looking to sell my custom steel roll cage and at a later date build another new one using all aluminum materials. If you are interested in buying my custom cage, just let me know, it has a hard top and luggage rack on top, and a fold down tail gate, and lights up top front and rear pre-wired.

I have a lot invested in time and materials, however, I am willing to let it go at a reasonable value. You can see a snap shot of the custom cage on my machone just by clicking on my user name posted with this message.

Bigwolf,
Shoot me an e-mail, I may be interested.
It might be too heavy, but I would like to chat with you. I want the machine to be able to go from the ice / water / back on the ice. So I would like to keep it as light as possible.
Thanks, David d-seidel @ comcast DOT net
