i found a great and strong repair method on abs body......with 80watt electric welder and "pellet" plastic from 2 litter plastic bottle used on carbonated drinks......with the lateral (not the welding point) of welding apply heat on both edges of crack until start to get "soft".....with same welding make a hole on pellet bottle and start to acumulate over it pellet drops...apply melted pellet drop on snatch and melt the 3 component ( abs edges + pellet drop)....repair get more rigid and really strong...apply circular motion with lateral of welder until smoot repair surface is achieved...i even "fill" one square inch missing section!!! |
