I've never driven a 6x6 but I have land with "bog", peat moss below slue grass with a multitude of water levels, will one of these machines get stuck?

these machines will get stuck, but in the terrain you are talking about, an amphibious argo or max will be a heck of alot better than any quad. You just need to learn what areas in the swamp to avoid runnining your tires through such as, a muddy spot with no swamp grass in it. that is probably bottomless in the swamps I ride in so you straddle or go around that kind of stuff unless you are putting your machine to the test that particular day. one other bonus to; you float.
