are your brake discs greasy?
i knew a guy who cept a can of brake cleaner on board to keep his machine going good,
also the pucks are adjusted with allen wrench and a 9/16 on calepers, one for each side of caleper.
they are properly adjusted when they have full slipage when laterels are aprox centered and compleat lock just before end of forward or rearward stroke depending on witch side is activated by laterals,
laterel back one disc is locked and one spins,
half way up both discs can spin,
all the way forward oposet disc locked and other spins,
now how are your chains? any rusty spots, frozen area's that resist turning?= need new chains,
is your engine cluch or driven pully greasy?
check out these things and let us know,
david
