when turning the steering wheel does one side of the tranny disengage from the pulleys ?what parts actually are supposed to move the sprokets -the brake flanges or do the pulleys come apart ? thanks for any advice i think there is some parts frozen or something along that line . |

to brian from scrambler71 daveyoder on my 71 scrambler when i turn the steering wheel the disk brakes one side close when you turn right or left when you let go of the steering wheel it will open up i hope this help brian davey |

hey speaking of trannys, i need a working scrambler 1000 tranny that can just be droped into my scrambler body. anyone happen to have one they would like to part with cheap? let me know damen |

Wondering about Scrambler brakes as well, how do you bleed the brakes and if the grease gun method works like my friend said (which seems wierd to me cause I normally deal with cars) is there a better way of future bleeding if you change some fittings. I have nothing on this thing and I'm trying to get it going again. Any help would be appreciated. Shaun |
