How do you all drive with a passenger? Do you sit left and straddle the sticks or sit left with both legs to the left? Some other method? I cannot get real comfortable when riding with a passenger - how do you do it? Thanks, Bill |

Bill, Unless you have a real small passenger, you need to each be on different sides of the laterals, with the smaller on the left side (that helps with balance also as the engine is on the left. A Max can be operated from either side with just a little practice and everyone should work at being able to drive from anyplace within the machine (this will allow you to drive out of almost any situation). It is best to straddle the sticks only when by yourself. Even then, unless I need to move for traction or balance purposes, I just stay on one side or the other. I'm kinda tall and slender and fit real well left of the laterals. Practice makes perfect. |

I agree with Fred's comments, but being 6'2" and a wide shouldered 220, I sit left and straddle the sticks when I drive with a passenger, or sit right and stay completely on the right when I am the passenger. |
