Has anyone on the boards ever calculated what the operating and maintenence costs are for each model ARGO on a per year basis? (or Max) I have been trying to figure out what my yearly operating costs are. Has anyone calculated the operating & maintenence costs on a hourly basis? |

I was thinking of that too I got to start keeping track of how much I spend on my buffalo for up keep and how long certain things last like bearings ,chains etc. .I was wanting to get a newer machine, that better in the deep snow but I dont know any body that has a argo so I cant compare ,I think argos are harder to work on,I know I asked this before but nobodys answer that, they look like a great machine but the engine is in the front and if you can"t touch the bearnings how easy are they to change.I know on my max2 to fix the trans,I had to take out the engine. |

Chris Yes front axle bearings are a bear to change on any argo, and they are the ones that go bad all the time, due to front impact and the heavy weight of the front of the Argo, I still like mine but they are very hard to work on. Bryan |
