Re: Troy Moore of Midwest ATV in St. Louis, MO In case you have not heard and for those of you who knew Troy Moore of Midwest ATV in St. Louis, MO... On Saturday the 13th, 2005, Troy passed away in his sleep at the age of 39 from a heart attack. His left ventricle was not pumping enough blood to his body and this is why he was having dizzy spells. He setup camp for deer hunting that weekend and left for home to take care of the dogs. Then decided to stay the night and get back early for the big day of hunting with his wife, Christina. Around 3:00 am, Christina woke up first and when she tried to wake Troy, he was already gone... he never woke up. Those who knew him know he was an avid hunter who loved to hunt, fish and most of all... ride his Max IV 6x6 ATV. He started Midwest ATV along with his father, Bud Moore, back in 1999 as part of his passion for 6x6 ATVs. Now that he is gone, my father and I, Scott Moore, will continue to operate Midwest ATV and hopefully watch the company thrive in years to come. He left behind... His wife, Christina 2 wonderful boys, Matthew (age 9) and Michael (age 5) Mother, Sonja Moore Father, Buddy Moore Brother, Scott Moore And many great friends and neighbors He loved his family and liked to help others when ever possible. Troy, you are loved and missed dearly! Sincerely, Scott Moore Midwest ATV 13 Algonquin Circle Hillsboro, MO 63050 1-888-545-5713 http://www.maxatv.com

I sorry to here the news about Troy. It makes me sad. I got my 6x6 in april 2000.And I went to his spring Deepwater ride that year. I think I made all his rides after that too.I got to know him and his famly that went to rides pretty well I think.I live in same state about 50 miles. But my job I have works me in his town for the last 8 yrs. I've went by his house many times when I had time to kill and sometimes cauch him home.I liked Troy and I'll miss him. Most all the 6x6 group that I have met at all these rides I go to I feel are special. For some reason they are the people I'm intered in getting to know and like. I hope to get to ride with you again,"Bud and Scott". I told Mark and he sends his sorry for your lost. Your Freind Rick Moore {momobigfoot} |
