Hp is far from everything, otherwise you would have us believe that a 40 hp cat dozer would be dragged backwards by a suburban with 200hp+ and both would be dragged backwards by a dodge viper; i dont think so!!!
Gearing and traction are the issues not hp.
All things being equall 40Hp will do the same job as 4 Hp just 10 times faster!!!!!!!!
