Hi all. We dont have any deep water on our ranch just light mud. What can be built on a max or argo chassis that would make it more workable on ranch applications. Hauling Hay bails,Fence posts,I am hopeing to get something like an army mule out of it.What kind of ground clearance can you get with the plastic hull removed and replaced with a steel plate.I know the plastic is tough but not tough enough for me. Any Ideas Thanks.

Thanks I will look closer at the buffalo.I was mostly looking for ground clearance. What is the life expectancy (approx. average)on a buffalo floor pan,is there a skid plate available? There are just a few rocks in the roads, mostly softball size. I one of those type that overbuilds everything. The more I read these pages I am learning that the bodies are much stronger than I thought.

I've got a Buffalo and it seems to handle just about anything it hits on the bottom. Write me if you want to know anything.
