i really hate do this but i am going to put a cap on the # of machines fo the ride i have about 20 or so now an a few maybe's when i get 25 machines i will close the ride out . i am doing this because i am not sure if my trails will hold up under the abuse of 25 machine since most are soft swamps so any one still intereasted in the last few spots let me know thanks

Pete Lives in Salem Nj just after the delaware memorial bridge. I'm stuck at Norfolk Naval base for the weekend so I don't think I'll be able to make it.

Pete: How much do you have to do on it? Did you have to put a jack shaft on it to get it to work? Let us know how your project is coming. Lets see some pictures when it's done.

Well I got to finish putting my little truck conversion on the back and cram a 440 in it. This should be interesting. My neighbor and I have welded enough steel into this thing to make it a mini tank! Good thing steel prices are low :). I'll get some pics when shes all done and painted black.

well 2 days till the ride loooks like mother nature is going to let up on the rain late friday night so there will be plenty of mud any one needing direction please call there is some road detours that iwill have to tell you how to get around see ya saturday

Pete thanks for the exceptional ride. The swamp had an exceptional amount of water and made it very exciting. Unfortunatly it also hid a few axle benders. Other than that the 30 year old Scrambler kept up with the new hardware and out lasted alot of older orange machines.

I just finished watching the 2003 PETES SPRING FLING VIDEO I think this is daves best video i have to say the graphics were great the footage was also great!! i was going to go to the ride but somthing came up maybe next ride. but i will be at humphrys in NY in JULY. but anay way i give this video TWO THUMBS UP!!!! A MUST SEE VIDEO!!!!!!

I'm really sorry about your back injury Pete. Been there, and it's no fun looking at your machines and knowing you won't be riding for a while. I wasn't able to get free for the early date, but maybe I can be for the reschedule. Get better soon.

Dear Pete:
Sorry to hear about your back, My machine is kind of messed up anyway. I don't know if I could have made it in the next few weeks too. My muffler is shot and my chain tensioner is messed up also. I might have to fix the back axle too, it seems to be bent pretty bad. Dave, why don't you give me a call soon, maybe you and Tim can come down here in RI for a ride if I get it fixed!
