I have recently purchased a Jigger it is the twin six. Which is the twin carbs and single 200cc two stroke motor. I was looking for some data on the machine.
I posted an early posting looking for a manual and a muffler.
My question is the serial number on the dash reads 9-03-31. Does this mean it was manufactured in 1931?

9-03-31 might be march 31st 1969
