Hey Everyone,
I just found something that works great to remove the fading from the abs/plastic bodies. It's a hell of alot of work, But so far it is taking the fading off the plastic. I have my argo which is almost faded white now, But with this method It is returning back to the factory green!
What it involves is using Scotchbrite pads and warm water to scrub the Oxidization (faded layer of plastic) off the underlying plastic. and then waxing the body with auto wax to keep it from fading again. i don't know exactly which grit the pads are but they work just right they strip the "old" plastic off and revel "new" plastic.
So far i have scrubed out one rear corner and it looks really good i will post pictures when i get it all done.
When I get finished I will have a "new" argo!!!
Will post more info as I work more on the body

ive got an old attex. it is orange or yellow under the camo paint previous owner applied. I am sanding off the paint with a black and decker mouse sander. It is taking the paint off nicely, but the color underneath is splotchey. will the sanding paper do the same or is it too coarse. Did it come back to life when you applied thew wax?
