I understand that the 14 hp and 16 hp Vanguard are essentially identical and that the 14 can be easily boosted to 16. What modification or adjustment is necessary? Thanks

The only difference is the carburetor. If you want even more performance for less money, get a 32mm Mikuni snowmobile carb. Check out mine on my profile.

I thought that the modification was a simple adjustment-possibly to the governor but I'm not sure. Where can I find the Mikuni, how difficult is it to install (any other mods required to use it) and what kind of power can I expect with just the carb switch? Thanks for all your help.
