The right drive chain on my Max IV continues to break at the master link. Any suggestions as to cause and correction?

spook, Primary or final drive? How many hours on chains and sprockets? My guess would be an out of aligned sprocket. If it is your primary drive, check to make sure your tranny anchor bolts are tight and your idler is tight and in line. Might be a rock or broken bolt caught in a sprocket tooth that stretches chain to the limit.
