I was wondering how much power the T 20 will take or would adding a whole bunch of power just cause the belt going from the engine to the trans to slip?
Are the transmissions in bobcats the same as the one's in the Max or are they just similar?
I know a lot of bobcats have 4 cylinder engines
just trying to figure out what other equipment uses this trans and what type of engines and power they might have.

Howard, IMOHI the belt would blow or slip before you will break a T20.
One guy on here had a Geo engine in his AATV and I heard he had trouble keeping belts alive.
Can't tell you about the Bobcat, but I don't think they are the same.

howard
the t20 seems very strong
i seen a vw (hitler's revenge) engine put in a 6x6 (it looked like an anphicat6x6) imagine the power.
the bob cat 's in australia are hydrostatic (hydrolic oil) like the hydro trax etc...
and they weigh 3 tonnes(i was told.)and are controlled by twin sticks and some newer ones (i've herd) are electric controll,
sorry don't know how that works.
