I've got the 14hp briggs in my Max II, is there an easy way to get more amperage out of it so I can add more accessories (heater, fan, brighter lights, etc.) I'm already running some fog lights and even those seem to suck the battery down.

Argo offers an alternator for the Briggs engine. The bracketry you would need would have to be fab'ed as necessary. I can send you pictures of the Argo set-up if you like.
