Whats the best way to change the fluid in the T20. When on level ground it don't appear that all of the old fluid will run out of the lower plug. I know it only takes one qt. of fluid so how on earth do you know how much you have gotten out to re-add the proper amount.

A suction device is the best way to get the oil out or lift the front of the machine up about four feet so the "check level" hole is at the bottom. It has also been suggested to cover the "check level" hole with rags and use compressed air to blow the last little bit out.
When adding oil to the T-20, make sure the machine is level Put a tray under the "check Level" hole and put the new oil in the "fill" hole (the "check level" plug is on the left hand side and is in the lower part of the tranny - the "fill" plug is vented and is on the right hand side of the tranny and in the upper part of the tranny). Add oil slowly giving it time to work its way through the baffles and get to the other side of the tranny and let any oil that will come out of the "check Level" hole come out. Too much oil will cause the tranny to run hotter than it should and stuff will come out of the vent hole.
