I'm thinking of buying a Swisher pull-behind string trimmer (22" cut) to cut weeds growing over the septic leach field, along my fence, etc. I like the idea of a string trimmer, as it won't throw so many rocks. I'll use my Max II to pull. Has anyone tried this, or any other mowers or trail cutters? Does it work OK with the skid steer system? Does anyone know of a better string trimmer or mower than the Swisher unit, ie, something with a wider cut?
