DOES ANYONE HAVE UP-TO-DATE INFORMATION ON TERRA-JET, THE COOT, or REB INDUSTRIES? I want to know if they are making them BRAND NEW for today's ATV market. By the way, who is Reb Industries? There is a picture at the top of ACTION PHOTO gallery of a REB. Any information on, THE COOT, Terra-Jet and REB Ind., (confirmation, web addresses, business phone numbers, distributors, ect...), would be a big help in my son and I buying an amphibious mini-jeep. Not everyone in the U.S. and Canada wants a quad! Thanks for any help-------BILLY
p.s.--I've been to Terra-Jet USA's web site and quite frankly, the amount of information available was not nearly enough, mostly pictures.
WOULD THE REAL AMPHIBIOUS MINI-JEEP PLEASE STEP FORWARD AT THIS TIME!?!?

THANKS FOR THE INFO ERNIE! I checked out that web site on a tip someone E-mailed me yesterday and Wow! Those mini-tanks seem really bad-ass, especially with 4wheel-steering and the twisting hulls. I'd like to drive one of the "NEW COOTS" and see what it's got (for an $11,000 price tag). Dirty Harry is right...the price tag is $10,900. I found out that the manufacture is taking orders, but not advertising any pictures yet. I did get to see a prototype picture (E-mailed to me).
It looks like an old Coot on steroids!

The person who will be producing the new Coot IS the son of the man who produced the orginal Coot, Buck Enos.
Just some FYI :)

Had some questions about the old Coot lately with the optional tires and such. I just had a photo put online if anyone is interested in what they look like. Will leave it up for a few days or so.

How can I get photos and specs on the new coot?
By BILLY on Unrecorded Date: Edit |
The name of the NEW 2001 COOT isn't COOt at all.
The name of the current model is ATAV.
It's pronounced as A-Tav. [Not to be confused with AATV].
Any references to the NEW generation should be changed to the accurate name; ATAV.
A TRUE all terrain vehicle.
