I cannot find anything but it was brought to my attention. That it is out there somewhere. I am a quadriplegic and I think I can't operate one.

Bill, I don't know if this helps but you can run them by remote control. If you have any use of your arms, you could operate the vehicle via remote and it wouldn't require any muscle power or any other work. YOu could get someone to design a harness type thing to hold you in and all you would have to do is push a couple buttons.
It could be expensive though!
